The Scallop Petal Dress in French Painterly Florals is a modern take on a classic French sailor dress. Features a deep v design, darling drop-waist, and billowing ruffled skirt all with scalloped edges. Blue and white stipes are covered in impressionist florals in vibrant shades of pink, lavender, tangerine, marigold, green and blue. An antique millinery flower is playfully pinned onto the waistline, but can be moved and adjusted to your heart's desire. Fully lined in soft white cotton batiste, hidden zipper in back.
