This romantic and fanciful vintage Laura Ashley print features a gorgeous blue toile pattern. The peplum-flounced dress features hand-cut soft scalloped edges like the petals of a flower with hand-tied long ribbon shoulder bows. An antique millinery flower is playfully pinned onto the waistline, but can be moved and adjusted to your heart's desire. Fully lined in soft white cotton batiste, hidden zipper in back.
